The GE OEC Fluorostar powers up and system self test / software initialisation were completed successfully. Workstation's twin LCD monitors are working along with the C-Arm control touch screen and key pad. Patient registration and image storage/ retrieve are working fine. C-arm mechanical adjustments, motorised height adjustments and laser alignment beam are fully functional. Available X ray modes are : Fluoroscopy, Pulsed Fluoro, Single Pulse Fluoro, 1/2 Dose Fluoro and radiography. Test exposures were carried out in all available X Ray modes, good image quality were displayed on the monitors. A small portion of the iris diaphragm is visible on the displayed image circle; iris not opening fully. Dose monitoring is working. Hand held exposure switch and foot control are all functional. System is in fair physical condition with some scratches mainly on the image intensifier and tube head assemblies. Image intensifier OEC-09TH size is 9 inches, S/N: 2840 (11/2008). Tube head assembly S/N: 3652 date of manufacture: 08/2016. Working hours: 2379.20.
