|Continuing To Keep Our Customers Safe During The Coronavirus Pandemic

The Hilditch Group continues to operate by staying within government guidelines. Here is a brief summary of how we continue to ensure a safe auction process:
Visitor - All visitors will be asked to wear a mask whilst on site. If you do not have your own mask, then a CE approved facemask will be provided to you. All visitors must sign in at reception, where details will be taken and held for 21 days, in line with Government guidelines for track and trace protocol. We ask that all visitors respect the 2-metre social distancing guidelines, even when wearing masks.
Online auctions – We are allowing a limited number of visitors onto site to place bids in person. Visits must be arranged prior to arrival to ensure the safe distancing of staff and customers. All of our auctions are held online, either via timed on-line or live webcast, and will remain unaffected, as will payments and billing. To ensure uninterrupted bidding on your items, we recommend that you please place all bids on-line.
Viewing – Is by appointment only and must be arrange prior to arrival to ensure the safe distancing of staff and customers.
Collections – We have implemented a number of procedures to eliminate any possible contact between our staff and those in receipt of lots for collection. Please inform us in a timely fashion when you will be arriving to collect your items and make your presence is known at reception on arrival as normal.
