EC9-4 Transducer
VFX13-5 Transducer
CH4-1 Transducer
Mitsubishi P93D Printer

Rapport d’état :
The Siemens Acuson Antares ultrasound system powers up and completes self-test, with software and user interface working as expected. Gain controls, trackball, keyboard, soft function keys and LCD screen are in good working condition. Patient and image registration and storage is fully functional. An air-scan was performed for each transducer to check crystal elements and cable, which were shown to be undamaged as expected, but the transducers were not fully tested. Some weak elements were present towards the bottom of the CH4-1 transducer, but these do not appear to affect the image quality. There is signifcant discolouration on the EC9-4 membrane, but this transducer is otherwise in satisfactory physical and working condition. The different modes (D, C, 2D, M and 3D) were selected in turn to check that they were functional, although these modes were not fully tested. LCD screen has all function menus accessible. Printer is in good physical condition and appears to be working as expected, but was not fully tested due to a lack of paper. Vertical console adjustment is in good working order. Screen height adjustment is stable at different elevations. The wheel caster-locks are in good working condition. The system is in fair physical condition, with some scuffs on the front handle and some cracked casing on the mains cable holder.
