Please note – payment is expected within 5 days of invoice and we need to know how you plan on collecting within this timeframe.
Collections can be booked in 2-hour slots, we require details of the vehicle and driver to book this due to security restrictions on site. If you miss the collection slot you may need to re-book.
The goods are stored in Manchester in a large warehouse with loading bay facilities. If you plan on collecting in a small vehicle unsuitable for loading bays please let us know so we can plan accordingly. Some stock lines are stored in different warehouses around Manchester – we will plan collections with each buyer individually and have the option to consolidate stock to one warehouse for collection, depending on volume.
Goods can be shipped directly from the warehouse within the UK – for more information please let us know.
For Mainland Europe we can arrange shipping, please contact us for a quote.
For overseas buyers Hilditch can arrange the commercial invoice. Curtain side or tail lift lorries can be loaded for a fee. If you wish to collect in a container we can arrange for the goods to be delivered at your container facility for a fee. For more information please let us know.
