I would like to provide feedback for Alex and the medical engineering team. I called this morning as my microscope had died and I had a batch of veterinary cytology slides to read today, and I optimistically wondered if I may be able to loan a scope while mine was being repaired. Alex and his team went above and beyond and had my microscope fixed while I waited, in under an hour. This meant that I could get the slides read and reported to the vets this afternoon. I am incredibly grateful. We have only ever had excellent service from Alex and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services.
